Introduction:- Faiz-e-Alam Free Dispensary is situated in the Sanat Nagar Lahore. It was established in the year 2005 keeping in view the needs of the population of the area and till today dispensary has provided free medical facility to the thousands of people of the vacinity. Faiz-e-Alam Free Dispensary is duly registered with the Registrar of Societies.
Aims and objectives: The main objective of the establishment of dispensary was to provide free of cost modern medical facilities to the poor and needy people of the locality who were not in a position to afford such facilities. By the grace of Almighty this noble objective has been achieved successfully in a very short span of time. Faiz-e-Alam free dispensary has turned to be a great medical facility for the people of the locality. Here the doctors and parmedical staff offer their services with dovation, love and affection. They do their best to provide best medical treatment free of cost. Following facilities are available in this dispenary which are in access of every one irrespective of is religion, cost, colour or creed:-
· Two MBBS Doctors and qualified paramedical staff.
· Free medicines to the poor and needy people.
· Laboratory equipped with latest machinery like ultra-sound, x-Ray and ECG.
· Blood bank.
· Four beds.
